Bits

It's been a while since I've posted here - mainly because I have a quick news update section on the front of my website now. But I want to keep this one going too. It is now official. The title of the novel about the Empress Matilda and Queen Adeliza is going to be LADY OF THE ENGLISH.
It is also unofficial but highly likely that my next two novels are going to be about Eleanor of Aquitaine, and they will be up close and personal. It's been a project I have had in mind for some time and have kept being sidetracked. Watch this space for an announcement later this year.

All great news! Btw, the other day I noticed on Amazon UK that The Lady of the English is listed (although as "untitled Elizabeth Chadwick") with a release date in June. You know what the next line is, don't you...??

I would say is it June yet, but if I did it would mean that it was all that much closer to a birthday that ends with a zero, so I will resist for now at least.

Can't wait! I love the period of the Anarchy and can't wait to see how you portray these characters. Also, since I am a HUGE Eleanor fan, those books are already on my TBR List!

Really looking forward to your new book and also the two you propose to write about Eleanor of Aquitaine, have always found her an interesting character from history. Love all your books. First discovered you with the Winter Mantle which I loved, and this was a case of a cover being the reason for seleting the book. I was not disappointed. Your books my husband also listens to the audio versions so it is something we are able to share. Keep up the great work you do. Love reading your blog also. Lisa
